Nutrition is one of the most important aspects to achieving the body you want. Whether you're looking to loose weight or get stronger.

No one wants to spend all day Sunday prepping food.

No one wants to eat the same meal every night for a week.

So I have partnered with a qualified dietician and a chef from local Brisbane restaurant Naïm to help you eat healthy and tasty food.

My nutrition program is designed to help individuals reach their goals quickly and effectively.

It progresses members forward each week in a way that doesn't overwork or fatigue them, allowing them to reach the results they desire.

No restrictive diets or deprivation needed - there is freedom of choice when it comes to food. Whether you would like to gain muscle, lose fat, or just be healthier overall, this program will help you achieve your goals while still enjoying what you eat.

By providing guidance on portion control, meal planning and nutrition education, clients are set up for success in improving their lifestyle and reaching their goals. My nutrition program aims to support members with a holistic approach tailored to their individual needs.

So the menu changes regularly to keep you happy, full, and coming back for more!

I've partnered with founder and Head Chef of Naïm Restaurant, Vince Estacio.

Inspired by traditional flavours, NAÏM offers an innovative and respectful interpretation of Middle Eastern cuisine.

We typically update the menu each fortnight to keep it fresh and fun.

I work closely with Naïm Restaurant's Head Chef Vince Estacio to provide feedback from my clients about which meals are popular.

Meals are available to pickup from me at the Newstead Club Bunker gym on Dogget St each Monday afternoon after 4pm.

Orders need to be placed by 12pm each Friday.

There is a minimum order of 5 meals.

Each meal is supplied at near cost for $15.

With a minimum order of 5 meals, that's $75 for your weekly dinners.
